Newborn TWINS

About two weeks ago, my friend Jesi (who is also Natalie's dance teacher) gave birth to twins! So exciting! Even more exciting (for me, not for her!) is that I got to photograph them with our friend Heather! We had a blast, and the babies were amazingly squishy and bendy and sleepy and sweet. I'm finally ready to share some of my favorite images from our session. :)

Miss Allie

I recently got to take more fun newborn photos of a sweet new little one whose mama is one of my good friends, Kristin! Her firstborn, Kate, was actually one of the first newborns that I ever got to photograph HERE. Miss Allie is a total doll - such a sweet, laid-back baby already at two weeks! She really didn't want to sleep for us, she wanted to just observe, so I got lots of shots with her big pretty eyes!http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

Introducing Baby W

So this little man has had a lot of excitement in his short three weeks of life. After spending some time in the NICU, my friend Sarah and her family are thrilled to have him home. He's a doll and a sweetheart and I had so much fun photographing him this morning! I know I should probably narrow these down, but I can't. I'll begin and end with my favorites. :)

Kansas City

Last weekend, we had a mini vacation in Kansas City with some good friends JoAnne and Chris and their kiddos Amelia and Norah. Their girls are 22 months apart, just like ours, but they are 4 months younger than our girlies. They were fast friends, and didn't want to part from each other after just three short days!

While we were there, we did some shopping, lots of eating, watched and fed animals at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead (SO fun!), and swam and played at CoCo Key (indoor) waterpark. We only wished the weather had been a bit warmer, but we managed. :)

I didn't get nearly as many photos as I wanted to. The cold weather and just enjoying hanging out together stopped me, I guess. Here are a bunch of the ones I did get.
